一、概说（Overview）

909AB-K-5R是双液型快固化弹性环氧树脂结构胶，用于常温或低温快固化，固化后接着层有较高的硬度，因而可承受特强之冲击与震动，接着层具有良好之机械特性与电绝缘性，能承受温度之变动及挠曲撕剥应力，无腐蚀性；广泛应用于各类电子元器件、电工电器、土木工程、机电五金、磁性元件、光电产品、汽配组件以及金属、陶瓷、塑料、橡胶、玻璃，纤维制品、工艺品、宝石等之粘接固定、修补灌注等，能快速定位固定，具有很高的粘接性及弹性。（English: 909AB-K-5R is a two-component fast-curing elastic epoxy resin structural adhesive, suitable for fast curing at room temperature or low temperature. After curing, the adhesive layer has high hardness, so it can withstand strong impact and vibration. The adhesive layer has good mechanical properties and electrical insulation, can withstand temperature changes and flexural peeling stress, and is non-corrosive. A ：B = 1 ：1 或其它比例（重量比）（English: A:B = 1:1 or other ratios (Weight Ratio)）

四、可使用时间（Pot Life）

主剂和固化剂混合后的可使用时间，是依混合总量和操作的温度而定。通常100克的混合胶在25℃时为1-2分钟左右。（English: The pot life after mixing the main agent and curing agent depends on the total mixing amount and operating temperature. Usually, the pot life of 100g mixed adhesive at 25℃ is about 1-2 minutes.）

五、固化条件（Curing Conditions）

常温下一般需要5-10分钟（English: Generally, it takes 5-10 minutes to cure at room temperature.）

六、操作注意事项（Operational Precautions）

1. 要粘接密封的部位需保持干燥、清洁，工作场所需保持通风；（English: The parts to be bonded and sealed must be kept dry and clean, and the workplace must be well-ventilated.）

2. 操作时，须按标准重量配比，混合并搅拌均匀。搅拌时注意搅拌器四周与底部，都须均匀混合。本品混合后会逐渐固化，其粘稠度也会逐渐上升；（English: During operation, strictly follow the standard weight ratio, mix and stir evenly. Pay attention to the surroundings and bottom of the stirrer to ensure uniform mixing. This product will gradually cure after mixing, and its viscosity will also increase gradually.）

3. 快固型AB胶系列推荐用点胶机器或AB胶枪混胶点胶为佳；（English: For the fast-curing AB adhesive series, it is recommended to use a dispensing machine or AB glue gun for mixing and dispensing.）

4. 混合在一起的胶量越多，其反应就越快，固化速度也会越快，请注意控制一次配胶的量，因为由于反应加快，其可使用的时间也会缩短；在大量使用前，请先小量试用，掌握产品的使用技巧，以免差错。（English: The more the mixed adhesive amount, the faster the reaction and curing speed. Please control the amount of adhesive mixed at one time, as the pot life will be shortened due to accelerated reaction; before mass use, try a small amount first to master the use skills to avoid errors.）

5. 有极少数人长时间接触胶液会产生轻度皮肤过敏，有轻度痒痛，建议使用时戴防护手套，粘到皮肤上请用丙酮或酒精擦去，并使用清洁剂清洗干净；（English: A very small number of people may have mild skin allergies with mild itching and pain after long-term contact with the adhesive. It is recommended to wear protective gloves when using; if it sticks to the skin, wipe it off with acetone or alcohol and clean it with detergent.）

6. 混合后材料尽早使用完毕，以免反应胶稠而损失，固化过程中请及时清洁使用器具，以免胶水凝固在器具上；未使用完之原料应密封储存，并注意远离火源及潮湿场所。（English: Use the mixed material as soon as possible to avoid loss due to thickening; clean the used tools in time during curing to prevent the adhesive from solidifying on the tools; unused raw materials should be stored in sealed containers, away from fire sources and humid places.）
