一、产品说明（Product Description）

909AB-HF是无溶剂型双组份低卤素（低总氯）环氧树脂接着剂，常温或中温固化，固化后接着层系中等硬度，具有较好的韧性，较好的粘接强度，因而可承受特强之冲击与震动，接着层具有良好之机械特性与电绝缘性，能承受温度之变动及挠曲撕剥应力，无腐蚀性，广泛适用于各类电子组件、元器件、电器产品、汽摩部件、电路板元器件、电子变压器、电感器、磁环线圈、磁芯等电子元器件以及金属、陶瓷、橡胶、玻璃，纤维制品等之粘接，具有超卓之粘着性。（English: 909AB-HF is a solvent-free two-component low halogen (low total chlorine) epoxy adhesive. It cures at room or moderate temperature. The cured adhesive layer has medium hardness, good toughness and bonding strength, so it can withstand strong impact and vibration. The adhesive layer has good mechanical properties and electrical insulation, can withstand temperature changes, flexing and peeling stress, and is non-corrosive. It is widely used for bonding various electronic components, electrical products, auto and motorcycle parts, circuit board components, electronic transformers, inductors, magnetic coil cores, magnetic cores, as well as metals, ceramics, rubber, glass and fiber products, with excellent adhesion.）

三、混合比例（Mixing Ratio）

A ：B = 1 ：1 （重量比）（English: A : B = 1 : 1 (weight ratio)）

四、可使用时间（Working Time）

主剂和固化剂混合后的可使用时间，是依混合总量和操作的温度而定。通常100克的混合胶在25℃时为30-60分钟。（English: The working time after mixing the main agent and curing agent depends on the total mixing amount and the operating temperature. Usually, the working time of 100 grams of mixed adhesive at 25℃ is 30-60 minutes.）

五、固化条件（Curing Conditions）

1. 普通型25℃×4小时基本固化，25℃×18小时完全固化或60℃×2—3小时。（English: Standard type: Basic cure at 25℃ for 4 hours, full cure at 25℃ for 18 hours or at 60℃ for 2—3 hours.）

2. 快干型常温下一般只需要4至8小时完全固化，1-2小时初步固化，加温80℃时30分钟完全固化。（English: Fast-drying type: Full cure at room temperature for 4 to 8 hours, initial cure in 1-2 hours; full cure in 30 minutes when heated to 80℃.）

3. 此外本司工程部还可根据客户需求调整固化时间。（English: In addition, our engineering department can adjust the curing time according to customer needs.）
