紫外固化光敏树脂 H600-T 产品说明书（中英文对照）

一、产品说明（Product Description）

H600－T是一种单组份紫外固化光敏树脂，主要用各类模型制作、3D成型、DIY饰品、DIY玩具礼品、工艺饰品表面滴胶保护等，可加色精调多种颜色。具有较低粘度、流动性好、快速表干，快速固化，硬度高，韧性佳，优越的抗冲击性，高抗水性，低收缩率等特性。（English: H600-T is a one-component UV-curable photosensitive resin, mainly used for various model making, 3D molding, DIY accessories, DIY toy gifts, surface dripping protection of craft accessories, etc. It can be mixed with color concentrate to adjust a variety of colors. It has characteristics such as low viscosity, good fluidity, fast surface drying, fast curing, high hardness, good toughness, excellent impact resistance, high water resistance and low shrinkage.）

三、固化性能（Curing Performance）

H600-T在空气环境下需要足够的紫外能量辐射才能够固化。固化速率和固化效果需要足够的光能量，主要是200-400nm紫外光，推荐使用365nm或395nm紫外光源。（English: H600-T requires sufficient ultraviolet energy radiation to cure in an air environment. The curing rate and curing effect require sufficient light energy, mainly 200-400nm ultraviolet light. It is recommended to use 365nm or 395nm ultraviolet light source.）

四、照射条件（Irradiation Conditions）

395NM紫外线灯以12颗LED为例：照射距离小于3CM，表干时间为30秒，固化厚度大于3MM；（English: Taking a 395NM ultraviolet lamp with 12 LEDs as an example: irradiation distance < 3CM, surface drying time is 30 seconds, curing thickness > 3MM;）

365NM紫外线灯以36W美甲灯为例：表干时间为30秒，固化厚度大于3MM（English: Taking a 365NM ultraviolet lamp with 36W nail lamp as an example: surface drying time is 30 seconds, curing thickness > 3MM）

五、基本操作（Basic Operation）

1、取树脂滴出需要的形状或滴于模具内（English: 1. Take the resin and drop it into the required shape or into the mold）

2、等待自动脱泡或挑破气泡（English: 2. Wait for automatic defoaming or prick the bubbles）

3、用紫外线灯或紫外线手电对树脂表面进行均匀照射（English: 3. Irradiate the resin surface evenly with an ultraviolet lamp or ultraviolet flashlight）

4、使用模具倒模固化，建议先用灯对模具底部进行光照5-20秒，然后照顶部进行固化；照顶部时应注意紫外光应一次全部覆盖整个模具，以免边上未照到光而造成树脂因中间先固化而溢出；（English: 4. For mold casting and curing, it is recommended to first irradiate the bottom of the mold with a lamp for 5-20 seconds, then irradiate the top for curing; when irradiating the top, attention should be paid to that the ultraviolet light should cover the entire mold at one time, so as to avoid the resin overflowing due to the middle curing first because the edge is not irradiated by light.）

5、保持照射距离3CM以内（不同大小光源需依实际情况调整，此以12LED，波长395NM紫外线手电为例），时间30-60秒，后手触表面确认表面不粘手后即可。（English: 5. Keep the irradiation distance within 3CM (different sizes of light sources need to be adjusted according to actual conditions; this is an example of a 12LED, 395NM wavelength ultraviolet flashlight), for 30-60 seconds, then touch the surface to confirm that it is not sticky.）

六、本品特点（Product Features）

固化快：表面初步固化1-3秒（English: Fast curing: initial surface curing in 1-3 seconds）

表干快：固化到表面不粘手时间为30-60秒（English: Fast surface drying: time to cure to non-sticky surface is 30-60 seconds）

韧性好：固化后硬且韧，不易脆裂（English: Good toughness: hard and tough after curing, not easy to be brittle and crack）

气味低：相对正常UV树脂，气味更低，刺激性更小（English: Low odor: lower odor and less irritation compared with normal UV resin）

易着色：可使用常规油性色精进行调色（English: Easy to color: can be colored with conventional oil-based color concentrate）

光泽高：可直接用小灯固化到表干，无须清洗，可保持树脂原有的固化光泽度（English: High gloss: can be directly cured to surface dry with a small lamp, no need to clean, and can maintain the original curing gloss of the resin）
