H600-D在空气环境下需要足够的紫外能量辐射才能够固化。固化速率和固化效果需要足够的光能量,主要是200-400nm紫外光,推荐使用365nm或395nm紫外光源。(English: H600-D requires sufficient ultraviolet energy radiation to cure in an air environment. The curing rate and curing effect require sufficient light energy, mainly 200-400nm ultraviolet light. It is recommended to use 365nm or 395nm ultraviolet light source.)
395NM紫外线灯以12颗LED为例:照射距离小于3CM,表干时间为30秒,固化厚度大于3MM;(English: For 395NM ultraviolet lamp, taking 12 LEDs as an example: irradiation distance less than 3CM, surface drying time is 30 seconds, curing thickness greater than 3MM;)

取树脂滴出需要的形状或滴于模具内(English: Take the resin and drop it into the required shape or into the mold)
等待自动脱泡或挑破气泡(English: Wait for automatic defoaming or prick the bubbles)
用紫外线灯或紫外线手电对树脂表面进行均匀照射(English: Uniformly irradiate the resin surface with an ultraviolet lamp or ultraviolet flashlight)
使用模具倒模固化,建议先用灯对模具底部进行光照5-20秒,然后照顶部进行固化;照顶部时应注意紫外光应一次全部覆盖整个模具,以免边上未照到光而造成树脂因中间先固化而溢出;(English: For mold casting and curing, it is recommended to first irradiate the bottom of the mold with a lamp for 5-20 seconds, then irradiate the top for curing; when irradiating the top, ensure that the ultraviolet light covers the entire mold at one time to avoid resin overflow due to the middle part curing first because the edge is not irradiated by light;)
保持照射距离3CM以内(不同大小光源需依实际情况调整,此以12LED,波长395NM紫外线手电为例),时间30-60秒,后手触表面确认表面不粘手后即可。(English: Keep the irradiation distance within 3CM (different sizes of light sources need to be adjusted according to actual conditions, this is taking a 12LED, 395NM wavelength ultraviolet flashlight as an example), for 30-60 seconds, then touch the surface to confirm it is non-sticky.)

韧性好:固化后硬且韧,不易脆裂(English: Good toughness: hard and tough after curing, not easy to brittle and crack)
气味低:相对正常UV树脂,气味更低,刺激性更小(English: Low odor: lower odor and less irritation compared with normal UV resin)
