一、产品介绍（Product Introduction）

H907是非溶剂型单组份环氧树脂产品，具有低线膨胀系数及耐高温、抗冲击，耐震动，粘接强度高、硬度高等特性。本产品是一款通用型的单组份硬性环氧树脂胶粘剂，广泛应用于各类电子元器件、电工电器、机电五金、磁性元件、光电产品、汽配组件等之粘接固定，对于金属、陶瓷、玻璃、纤维制品及硬质塑胶之间的封装粘接有优异的粘接强度；推荐用于电机马达、电路元器件、电感线圈、高低频变压器的铁芯骨架或磁芯的粘接固定。（English: H907 is a solvent-free one-component epoxy resin product, with characteristics such as low coefficient of linear expansion, high temperature resistance, impact resistance, vibration resistance, high bonding strength and high hardness. This product is a general-purpose one-component rigid epoxy resin adhesive, widely used for bonding and fixing various electronic components, electrical appliances, electromechanical hardware, magnetic components, optoelectronic products, auto parts, etc. It has excellent bonding strength for packaging and bonding between metal, ceramic, glass, fiber products and hard plastics; it is recommended for bonding and fixing motor motors, circuit components, inductance coils, iron core skeletons or magnetic cores of high and low frequency transformers.）

二、技术参数（Technical Parameters）

基于华创实验室条件，以客户实际测试为准（English: Based on Huachuang laboratory conditions, subject to the customer's actual test）

（一）固化前特性（Properties Before Curing）

注：保存期2个月为实验室环境测试所得，实际运输及使用环境温度波动会对保质期长短造成影响，若要延长保质期可使用更低的保存温度（-20℃）（English: Note: The shelf life of 2 months is obtained from laboratory environment tests. Fluctuations in actual transportation and use environment temperatures will affect the length of the shelf life. To extend the shelf life, a lower storage temperature (-20℃) can be used.）

（二）固化条件（Curing Conditions）

120±5℃ 60-90分钟（English: 60-90 minutes at 120±5℃）

注：固化前应评估固化设备的温度准确性，如固化过程中打开过烤箱门，应适当增加整体固化时间，具体固化时间应以实际产品及环境评估。（English: Note: The temperature accuracy of the curing equipment should be evaluated before curing. If the oven door is opened during the curing process, the overall curing time should be appropriately increased. The specific curing time should be evaluated based on the actual product and environment.）

（三）固化后特性（Properties After Curing）

三、使用说明（Usage Instructions）

1、基材表面的氧化层、灰尘、水分、油污等，会对基材粘接力造成一定的影响，要想获得最好的粘接性能，建议被粘接的材料表面应当进行清洗处理；批量使用前应先小量试用以了解胶水固化要及特性要求；（English: 1. The oxide layer, dust, moisture, oil stains, etc. on the surface of the substrate will have a certain impact on the bonding force of the substrate. To obtain the best bonding performance, it is recommended that the surface of the bonded material should be cleaned; before mass use, a small amount of trial use should be carried out first to understand the glue curing requirements and characteristic requirements.）

2、胶水开罐使用前先对胶水整罐进行搅拌均匀，对于当天未用完之胶水盖好盖子密封，下次使用前也须先对胶水进行搅拌（防止胶水稀释剂和胶水其它成份分层造成胶水成份不均匀，影响固化效果，如各别产品很难烤干或永烤不干等）；用塑料袋包装的胶水，每次使用前须对袋子进行揉搓，以防止胶水分层造成固化不良；（English: 2. Before opening the can and using the glue, stir the entire can of glue evenly. For the glue not used up on the same day, cover the lid tightly for sealing. Before using it next time, you must also stir the glue first (to prevent the glue thinner and other components of the glue from stratifying, resulting in uneven glue components and affecting the curing effect, such as some products being difficult to dry or never drying after baking, etc.); for glue packed in plastic bags, rub the bag before each use to prevent poor curing caused by glue stratification.）

3、胶水在使用过程中若感觉胶水较浓，不好操作，切记不可自行添加稀释剂或其它化学溶剂，可要求我司对胶水黏度进行调整；施胶过程中一定注意器具及其它有可能接触胶水的物品的清洁，以防止胶水受到其它不环保产品的污染；（English: 3. If the glue feels too thick and difficult to operate during use, remember not to add thinners or other chemical solvents by yourself. You can ask our company to adjust the viscosity of the glue; during the gluing process, you must pay attention to the cleanliness of the utensils and other items that may come into contact with the glue to prevent the glue from being contaminated by other non-environmentally friendly products.）

4、由于该产品是受热会发生反应的化学产品且固化较快，因此环境温度对产品品质的影响很大，请将产品保存在低温环境中，以确保产品的稳定性及品质；（English: 4. Since this product is a chemical product that reacts when heated and cures quickly, the ambient temperature has a great impact on the product quality. Please store the product in a low-temperature environment to ensure the stability and quality of the product.）

5、存放于冰箱的胶水，放入前检查胶水包装桶盖是否盖严，建议将胶水倒置于冰箱中存放，以防止水气进入；用前须提前拿出胶水放于室温解冻（30-50CC管装的建议解冻时间为2-4小时，1KG包装的建议解冻时间为6-8小时），解冻期间不能打开包装瓶盖，以免因瓶内外温度差而使胶水表面凝结水气，使用前须对胶水整桶进行搅拌；未用完的胶水须密封好于室温存放，不要再次放入冰箱存放；因此款胶水为快固化胶水，常温保存期较短，因此开盖使用后的胶水建议在1天内用完为宜。（English: 5. For glue stored in the refrigerator, check whether the lid of the glue packaging bucket is tightly closed before putting it in. It is recommended to store the glue upside down in the refrigerator to prevent moisture from entering; take out the glue in advance and thaw it at room temperature before use (the recommended thawing time for 30-50CC tube packaging is 2-4 hours, and the recommended thawing time for 1KG packaging is 6-8 hours). Do not open the packaging bottle cap during thawing to avoid moisture condensation on the glue surface due to the temperature difference inside and outside the bottle. Stir the entire can of glue before use; the unused glue must be sealed and stored at room temperature, and should not be put into the refrigerator again; since this glue is a fast-curing glue with a short shelf life at room temperature, it is recommended to use up the glue within 1 day after opening the lid.）

四、注意事项（Precautions）

• 请远离儿童存放，同时在使用本品时使用必要的防护设施，例如呼吸口罩、橡胶手套、劳保服装等，以防止产生未知的不良影响。（English: • Please store it away from children, and use necessary protective equipment when using this product, such as breathing masks, rubber gloves, labor insurance clothing, etc., to prevent unknown adverse effects.）

• 作业场所应保持阴凉通风，因个人体质及环境变化问题，个别人员在接触胶水后会出现过敏情况，对此建议对胶水易过敏的人员尽量少接触，其它人员也应作好相应防护。（English: • The workplace should be kept cool and ventilated. Due to personal physical constitution and environmental changes, some personnel may experience allergies after coming into contact with the glue. It is recommended that personnel who are prone to allergies to the glue should minimize contact, and other personnel should also take corresponding protection.）

• 本品若不慎沾到皮肤上，请马上用肥皂水清洗。（English: • If this product accidentally gets on the skin, please wash it with soapy water immediately.）

• 若不慎沾到眼睛上，请先用大量的水清洗，然后就医。（English: • If it accidentally gets into the eyes, please rinse with plenty of water first, then seek medical attention.）

• 使用本品时，对于没有使用完的化学品不能随意丢弃，否则可能会引发意外事故。（English: • When using this product, unused chemicals cannot be discarded at will, otherwise unexpected accidents may occur.）

• 使用本品时，被取出包装盒外使用的产品有可能在使用中受到污染。为避免污染未用胶液，不要将任何胶液倒回原包装内。本公司将不会对已受到污染的或上面已提及的贮存方法不恰当的产品负责。（English: • When using this product, products taken out of the packaging box may be contaminated during use.
