一、产品概说

808A/B-F系无溶剂型高触变性环氧树脂接着剂，适用于常温或中温固化。固化后接着层呈中等硬度，可承受特强冲击与震动，具备优良的机械特性与电绝缘性，能适应温度变动及挠曲撕剥应力，无腐蚀性。广泛应用于电子变压器、线圈、磁芯等电子元器件，以及金属、陶瓷、橡胶、玻璃、纤维制品等的固定粘接、填缝封灌。 （English: 808A/B-F is a solvent-free high thixotropic epoxy resin adhesive, suitable for room temperature or medium temperature curing. 四、固化条件

• 常温固化：一般8—10小时完全固化，2—3小时初步固化；加温80℃时，30分钟即可完全固化。（Room Temperature Curing: Generally fully cured in 8-10 hours, initially cured in 2-3 hours; when heated to 80℃, fully cured in 30 minutes.）

• 定制调整：我司工程部可根据客户具体需求，调整固化时间。（Custom Adjustment: Our engineering department can adjust the curing time according to customer's specific needs.）

五、可使用时间

主剂与固化剂混合后的可使用时间，取决于混合总量及操作温度。通常情况下，100克混合胶在25℃环境下，可使用时间为30—60分钟。 （English: The pot life after mixing the main agent and curing agent depends on the total mixing amount and operating temperature. Usually, the pot life of 100g mixed adhesive at 25℃ is 30-60 minutes.）

六、操作注意事项

• 粘接密封部位需保持干燥、清洁，工作场所需保持通风良好。（The bonding and sealing parts must be kept dry and clean, and the workplace must be well-ventilated.）

• 操作时需严格按照标准重量配比，将主剂与固化剂混合并搅拌均匀，搅拌时需确保搅拌器四周及底部均混合到位。本品混合后会逐步固化，粘稠度随时间上升。（During operation, strictly follow the standard weight ratio, mix the main agent and curing agent thoroughly, and ensure that the surroundings and bottom of the stirrer are fully mixed. This product will gradually cure after mixing, and the viscosity will increase with time.）

• 若选择烘烤固化，滴胶后的产品可先静置一段时间再进入烤箱；若发现表面有气泡，可采用火焰消泡法去除。（If baking curing is selected, the product after glue dripping can be left standing for a period of time before entering the oven; if bubbles are found on the surface, flame defoaming method can be used to remove them.）

• 混合胶量越多，反应速度越快、固化越快，可使用时间也会相应缩短。建议控制一次配胶量，大量使用前请先小量试用，熟练掌握使用技巧，避免操作失误。（The more the mixed adhesive amount, the faster the reaction speed and curing speed, and the corresponding shorter pot life. It is recommended to control the amount of adhesive mixed at one time. Before mass use, please try a small amount first to master the use skills proficiently to avoid operational errors.）

• 极少数人长时间接触胶液可能出现轻度皮肤过敏（伴痒痛），建议操作时佩戴防护手套；若胶液粘到皮肤，可用丙酮或酒精擦拭，再用清洁剂清洗干净。（A very small number of people may experience mild skin allergies (with itching and pain) after long-term contact with the adhesive. It is recommended to wear protective gloves during operation; if the adhesive sticks to the skin, wipe it with acetone or alcohol, then clean it with detergent.）

• 混合后的胶液请尽早使用完毕，避免因胶液变稠造成浪费；固化过程中请及时清洁使用器具，防止胶水凝固在器具上。未使用完毕的原料需密封储存，远离火源及潮湿场所。（Please use the mixed adhesive as soon as possible to avoid waste due to thickening; clean the used tools in time during the curing process to prevent the glue from solidifying on the tools. Unused raw materials should be stored in sealed containers, away from fire sources and humid places.）
