808AB-CM环氧树脂包封胶：NTC温度传感器/热敏电阻/电感封装专用密封胶，高可靠性解决方案

一、产品概说（Overview）

808AB-CM环氧包封密封材料具有粘度适中、外观成型性好、操作使用期长等特点。适用于聚酯膜电容以及其它薄膜电容、NTC温度传感器、电感、线路板、磁环线圈、电阻器、热敏电阻、各类电路板及其它电子元器件等的外包封、密封保护等；混合后黏度低、抗流挂特性强且具有较长的可操作时间，易于生产作业。固化物收缩性低、表面光亮、坚韧、附着力及密封性强，耐化学品特性优良，具有优良的电气特性与物性。（English: 808AB-CM epoxy potting sealant has moderate viscosity, good formability and long pot life. It is suitable for outer potting and sealing of polyester film capacitors, NTC temperature sensors, inductors, circuit boards, magnetic ring coils, resistors, thermistors and other electronic components. After mixing, it has low viscosity, strong anti-sagging performance and long pot life, easy for production. The cured product has low shrinkage, bright surface, toughness, strong adhesion and sealing, excellent chemical resistance, electrical and physical properties.）

四、可使用时间（Pot Life）

主剂和固化剂混合后的可使用时间，是依混合总量和操作的温度而定。通常100克的混合胶在25℃时可使用时间为120分钟；因此，应根据实际使用情况合理调配胶水以免浪费。（English: The pot life after mixing the main agent and curing agent depends on the total mixing amount and operating temperature. Usually, the pot life of 100g mixed adhesive at 25℃ is 120 minutes; therefore, the adhesive should be reasonably prepared according to actual use to avoid waste.）

五、固化条件（Curing Conditions）

• 1、常温下一般只需要24小时固化，6-8小时初步固化；或加温80度60分钟。（English: 1. Generally, it takes 24 hours to fully cure at room temperature, and 6-8 hours for initial curing; or 60 minutes at 80℃ heating.）

• 2、此外本司工程部还可根据客户需求调整固化时间。（English: 2. In addition, our engineering department can adjust the curing time according to customer needs.）

七、操作注意事项（Operational Precautions）

1. 要灌注密封的产品部位需保持干燥、清洁，工作场所需保持通风；（English: The parts of the product to be potted and sealed must be kept dry and clean, and the workplace must be well-ventilated.）

2. 操作时，须按标准重量配比，混合并搅拌均匀。搅拌时注意搅拌器四周与底部，都须均匀混合。本品混合后会逐渐固化，其粘稠度也会逐渐上升，应注意在可操作时间内用完所调胶水，以免配胶固化浪费。（English: During operation, strictly follow the standard weight ratio, mix and stir evenly. Pay attention to the surroundings and bottom of the stirrer to ensure uniform mixing. This product will gradually cure after mixing, and its viscosity will also increase. It should be used up within the pot life to avoid waste due to curing.）

3. 混合在一起的胶量越多，其反应就越快，固化速度也会越快，请注意控制一次配胶的量，因为由于反应加快，其可使用的时间也会缩短；在大量使用前，请先小量试用，掌握产品的使用技巧，以免差错。（English: The more the mixed adhesive amount, the faster the reaction and curing speed. Please control the amount of adhesive mixed at one time, as the pot life will be shortened due to accelerated reaction; before mass use, try a small amount first to master the use skills to avoid errors.）

4. A胶在储存期超过15天后会开始出现沉淀，建议用前对A胶整桶进行搅拌后再调胶，若未搅拌或搅拌不均匀可能会出现胶水不固化、固化时间很长或是固化不完全之情况。（English: Precipitation will appear in Agent A after 15 days of storage. It is recommended to stir the entire barrel of Agent A before mixing. If not stirred or stirred unevenly, the adhesive may not cure, have a long curing time or incomplete curing.）

5. 有极少数人长时间接触胶液会产生轻度皮肤过敏，有轻度痒痛，建议使用时戴防护手套，粘到皮肤上请用丙酮或酒精擦去，并使用清洁剂清洗干净；（English: A very small number of people may have mild skin allergies with mild itching and pain after long-term contact with the adhesive. It is recommended to wear protective gloves when using; if it sticks to the skin, wipe it with acetone or alcohol and clean it with detergent.）

6. 混合后材料尽早使用完毕，以免反应胶稠而损失，固化过程中请及时清洁使用器具，以免胶水凝固在器具上；未使用完之原料应密封储存，并注意远离火源及潮湿场所。（English: Use the mixed material as soon as possible to avoid loss due to thickening; clean the used tools in time during curing to prevent the adhesive from solidifying on the tools; unused raw materials should be stored in sealed containers, away from fire sources and humid places.）

八、包装及储存（Packaging and Storage）

本品包装规格为每组30kg包装；其中包含主剂25kg/桶、固化剂5kg/桶。（English: The packaging specification of this product is 30kg per set; including 25kg/barrel of main agent and 5kg/barrel of curing agent.）

应将本品密封存放于阴凉通风处，有效可使用期为6个月。A胶在气温较低的情况下有一定机率会出现结晶情况，使用时只需将A胶放入60-80度环境中等胶水化开搅拌均匀后可继续使用，不影响特性；B胶为胺类固化剂，具有吸潮特性，不使用时应严格密封保存。（English: This product should be stored in a sealed, cool and well-ventilated place with a valid shelf life of 6 months. Agent A may crystallize at low temperatures; when using, just put Agent A in an environment of 60-80℃ to melt and stir evenly before use, which will not affect its properties; Agent B is an amine curing agent with moisture absorption, and should be strictly sealed when not in use.）
